The Hoolie Compact 3 is the perfect tent for Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions, Scouts, Guides and other youth groups who want to pitch camp with the minimum of fuss at the end of their days hike but equally at home on campsite stays and cycle touring.
► The lightweight tent provides an enormous porch and a generous inner for its weight. It also packs down to a compact pack size of just 30cm x 24cm, increasing the options for the type of activities it can be used for and how to carry it.
► Cycle touring and bikepacking enthusiasts will find the packed tent fits more easily into panniers or on their bike than many other tents. And with the large porch too it’s a good choice for cycling holidays.
► Tunnel tents provide lots of space for their weight, and with just 3 poles all the same length, this is a quick and easy model to pitch. The inner tent and flysheet are joined and pitch together - a real benefit if it’s wet. Inner and flysheet pegging points are also combined make pegging out even quicker.
► The tent has plenty of ventilation, and a large front and side opening door giving you choices for how you use the porch or get in and out during different weather conditions.
► The Hoolie Compact 3 tent uses reliable lightweight 8.5mm Superflex alloy poles and tried and tested Wild Country high performance polyester flysheet and groundsheet fabrics. The flysheet and groundsheet are all fully taped to keep the rain out and provide great protection from the elements
